Halo effect

Hi all,
Does anyone know about halo effect in projectors? Whatever I do, my projector makes my parts thicker in the x,y direction. Is it because halo effect? If so how can i solve it. Does pigmentation solve my problem?

No one is interested in this? I'm sure it's a serious problem. if a projector has a halo effect it will make parts thicker.
