So I found two of these online for cheap, one working and one broken. I thought someone might be interested in a few photos of what is inside, so I ripped open the 'broken" one to see what all I can find.

The DLP chip is supposed to be 858x600, which isn't the greatest. It looks to have a blue, red, and green led, with a rather heatsink and two tiny fans. For what I paid, its worth it just to get these six leds... but I'm wondering if I could get reasonable cure speeds with with three 405-410nm 3w?

Seems I would also need to adjust the focal distance to get it to focus much closer. I'd also need to take out the diagonal filters and replace them with something that allows 405nm to reflect. Or perhaps if one 3w works I could just take them out and do a straight shot. I'm curious to see how the built-in optics works with the 405nm led replacements.

I'd appreciate some thoughts on actually getting this working as a viable DLP SLA. They didn't come with the vga/power, so there would be the $30-50 cost of acquiring one of those, or a bit smaller . I thought i might be able to get it powered by looking at the board, but its all just too small and I lack the experience. I found one guy online who looks to have built a converter cable, but I didn't find much more than photos of colored wires (no pin identification).

Here are a few more. I also couldn't figure out much online about the LEDs if anyone has any ideas.
