I saw something similar in with the UV readings until I up'd the averaging in the arduino code. My though was it had to do with frame rate.

Went ahead and moved my lens down and definitely helped the overall focus. Now I need to do a sideways shift. The 2 outside rows on the right aren't perfectly in focus but everything else is.

^did curing times change much after removing the color wheel? I am still trying to decide if i am going to stick with this acer or buy infocus, vivitek or optoma. the acer has a hardly-usable print area..has anyone found a way to get full use out of the 16:9 area? has anyone been able to with other projectors?

I just moved my lens and that combined with adding a mask has me feeling like the whole area is usable.

So you start off by disassembling the printer by following the instructions at http://imgur.com/a/FOgXW a note on this is that to remove the first part that covers the bulb you side it sideways and don't just lift it straight out. Also the 6510 has an extra screw or two but otherwise identical.

After you have the lens assembly out it's just a matter of opening up the mounting holes. You want to move the lens AWAY from the side that isn't in focus. I moved mine down and to the left looking at the projector from the front. The picture is from the back of the lens assembly so the holes are opened up to the right. I used a 3mm drill bit which isn't the most precise method... A small file would be much cleaner....

The image was taken from in front of the printer so the top is the bottom of the image (I think...) but overall much better
