Guide to determine exposure times?

Postby radi2k » Mon Feb 22, 2016 5:17 am

Hello all,

I'm currently building my own bottom-up DLP based printer using an industrial projector including UV-LEDs. Now I reached a state where I can start my first prints and need to calibrate and determine exposure times for different layer thicknesses.

Is there any guide or tutorial on the net that explains how to properly determine exposure times? Some tips or strategies would work as well. There are so many variables to consider so it would be helpful having such a guide. I bet many people before me already got this issue...

Thanks,
Sven
