best practices for processing a print after it leaves the printer

Is there a FAQ about best practices for what to do with your resin print after you pull it from the printer? Brief wash in IPA? Long soak in IPA? Post cure in the sun?

My prints are nice, but a little bit sticky. Not sure what the next step is.

Is it possible to reset your printer and make the printing not so sticky? I think this will be a better alternative.
