There isn't a limit to how big an object can be in Creation workshop. You'll just need to set up the build area correctly.

Is it even physically possible to print something as big as 12" x 12" with a DLP/SLA printer seeing that the Van Der Waal force is almost 200lbs with a 7.5" x 4.25" build plate?

I noticed that the Titan 1 from Kudo uses some sort of flexible material for their VAT while allows the entire VAT to "peel" from the build plate when the Z-axis moves upward. What type of material is flexible that is also thick enough to be used as a VAT that lets UV light pass through?
