Dear community,

please advice on how BRIGHTNESS and CONTRAST will influence the curing times,
even theoretically.
What do you think,
All answers are welcome.

Thanks in advance,!

Brightness = light intensity...so that def has an effect on cure times. Brighter cures faster...

As for contrast, that is just more about fine details. Seeing as you can get blacker blacks and whiter whites.

Thanks for respond!
Does this mean if MAX contrast = finest possible details?:)

No, "Finest possible" details will not be entirely dependent on just contrast, though it helps. Certain properties of your resin will play a a role too, dye/pigmentation for example will def help details "pop." Release mechanisms will likely also play a factor in how small of a part you can do. Not so simple :).

Alright, thanks a lot :0

Well actually in general terms on your DLP gyus, what's the contrast and brightness set from 0 to 50 for example?

My settings are 0/50 BRIGHTNESS (0 default)
25/50 CONTRAST (0 default)
