Re: Longer Exposure Times?
As long as you're focused right the zoom and spacers shouldn't matter. Are you sure you're focused on the build surface?

Re: Longer Exposure Times?
I have mine set to 8000 for the first few layers then 4000 after that.

Minimum and suggested system requiremens
I'm currently running CW on an I5 laptop with 4 GB of ram and an SSD. It runs prints perfectly well, but moving models around, doing supports, and that kind of thing really bog it down, sometimes requiring me to restart the program. The computer doesn't have a dedicated video card. Given that I see ...

Re: Melamine Panels
Those seem great but quite expensive. I've asked my local Home Depot and Lowes, and they both have said they think their "pro shop" can order it, but by sheer luck I've always managed to just miss them (as I typically go on weekends or around 7-8 at night). Give them a call and see if they...

Re: Easiest way to run CW on a Mac?
Which tablet did you get, and how well does it work? I have a middle-aged laptop (4-5 years old, but nice when it was new) and it struggles a lot when trying to run CW. It works, but it's not nearly as fast as my newer computer.

That looks like exactly what I need as well. Can this be used as a headless system once you get things fully rolling? I'd love to be able to slice the models and get everything set up on my main PC, then send it all over to the Pi to do the actual printing.

I've had good luck with IPA and a rubber-gloved finger. Paper towels/tissues seem to scratch more than they help.

Re: prints sticking to bottom of petri
It sounds like your initial layers are too short OR your build plate isn't level. How confident are you in the levelness of your build plate? Did you rough it up before using it? If you don't cure long enough, the layers won't stick to the plate. It sounds like you're undercuring, not overcuring, bu...

I'm no expert but I believe that you can damage stepper motor drivers by unplugging a stepper while it's enabled.
Have you verified you can jog the system with no resin in it since you've tightened screws/checked cables/etc?
