Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

Yes, it should look like this. You can find more explanation here - interesting reading: http://www.laserfx.com/Backstage.LaserFX.com/Systems/Scanning1.html http://www.pangolin.com/ILDAtest.html I am afraid that I am not that good in programming to be able to look for possible source of issues in yo...

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

PacManFan, I would like to ask a question regarding the build with USB debug info - when approximately it could be ready?

This is how ILDA test pattern looks on my HW setup, I guess that the wiring should be ok.

Re: My new material for VAT

Hi Drago,

do you intend to build VAT with "hard" bottom and install it to the frame in "fixed" manner (no tilt, slide, etc.)?

Do you think that it would be possible to get a sample when the casting-form will be ready?

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

Steve, you can see (and hear) the distortion on this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2mvAuXuxQ6BbjFkZC0yMTBDNzg/view?usp=sharing Please note that entire build area was scanned during this "slice". Galvos become much noisier during the distortion. I hope that it is not caused by ba...

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

Hi PacManFan, I would like to ask - is there any newer version of CW with Lasershark support than CW_LaserSLA_1.0.0.38? I resumed the work on my printer after some time working on another project. I still have issues with distortion in scanned image and I do not have any solution. All I know is that...

Steve,
will the support for the E1701M controller be part of general (public) release of CW?

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

I performed a test on fresh install of Win 7 32bit on an SSD. Unfortunatelly result is the same - artifacts in rendered pattern. Based on D1 Lasershark LED behaviour, I suspect that USB communication is being interrupted. I do not think that there is any wiring issue, because the rendering works ok ...

Re: LaserShark what i have got working.

Hi Stimpy and Drago, I did not manage to solve the artifact issue yet. According to Macpod's explanation of D1 behavior it seems, that data stream from USB interface to Lasershark is being interrupted. My next experiment is to install fresh Win 7 on an SSD a give it a try. Do you have any suggestion...
