Jon_bondy, do you keep your resin away from light? Do you mix it before printing?
By the way, I don't think its possible to get all your sections perfect without Mask, no matter what resin you are using

Re: Strange problem with base of print
In the last version of Creation Workshop, Configure Machine menu, you can find "Enable Mask" option, and use .png image to adjust exposure for some areas of your buildplate to make it even. Check this:

Re: Strange problem with base of print
What projector do you use? There are some people (including me) with Acer P1500, we have uneven exposure issue. Usually, the first base layers are fine, but when it comes to regular layers, there is underexposure and geometry defects. There is no easy way to fix it, because of construction of the pr...

Re: Acer P1500 settings?
Thx, Sodium. I'll experiment with mask creation when I get my UV sensor. If I'll fail, it is possiable to create mask from photo.

Re: Mask
Hello! How to properly take a photo for mask? I can't focus my camera straight to the paper because of Z-axis Arm, so I am using 45° mirror, is it correct? I want to reduce vignetting effect of camera lens to minimum. So, I need to keep distance? Don't use zoom? Set Aperture value to maximum? Anythi...

Re: Acer P1500 settings?
Hi, Goopyplastic. How are you going to measure UV intensity?
I purchased cheap $10 Arduino-compatible UV-sensor from (sorry, Russian site). Maybe it will be useful.

Re: Acer P1500 settings?
Me too not happy with uneven exposure. At the front part of build volume it is too weak. This model had broken because of it: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=0B9ze4MWhVggZRHFCeGhYa3AzbDA But how to make good exposure mask? I saw some kind of light sensor on Envisiontec 3d printers...

Re: More informaion please...
I am using 15 mm spacers at first front position for my Acer P1500. But you must check it yourself, by placing buildplate and paper on the vat.

Re: FEP vat for the LittleRP?
Hi! Anyone using this vat now? Is it good for big-sized prints? Some examples? Any problems with geometry of models?
I can't choose between tilt kit and FEP vat.
