Re: Flex bottom VAT

Edge this is a FEP only design unless you accidently wrote Pacman instead of Finhead. ;) I have let the resin sit for 2 weeks at a time with a stir it's fine for printing. When I was using mirror design it was a issue fie sure, some of the resin that refused yo cure with my folded design Is now curi...

Re: Drivers needed to controll mega 2560

Can you show a few pictures of your board wiring, your power supply specs and your Stepper motor specs. Sounds to me like your still not getting proper power or your driver board is not adjusted properly. The drivers your using are only designed to run 2.5 amps at the high end so your motor must not...

Re: Creation Workshop RC9 - Not on GitHub!

Alright, I had fixed many issues with the cws files saving and loading. I'm up to version 24, and i plan on releasing a solid version soon after I finish up the new software manual. Right now, version 24 is available only to a few vendors. No chance of a early release to the board members. ;) If no...

Re: DLP printer Build

Hi Finhead, Do you have a good source for the FEP sheets? I checked and it seems places are selling it for about $100 for a 6" square, which seems pretty expensive. What sort of price is reasonable? A good source no not really I live in Canada so I have to beg a friend to order it in the US ha...

Re: Creation Workshop RC9 - Not on GitHub!

Which version CW are you using? If I'm remembering correctly, slice export to CWS file wasn't implemented until version 21 I'm using 21. It exports the file fine and it looks like it should be the proper size etc but does not open any images or slice view only Gcode. If I open the file manually the...

Re: Creation Workshop RC9 - Not on GitHub!

CW now support slicing to .cws scene files. These CWS files can contain your models, gcode, slices, slice settings, etc... They hold everything you need to pre-slice a model for later printing either on the same computer or a different one. I tried that and cannot get CW to open the file for printi...

Re: Creation Workshop RC9 - Not on GitHub!

Hi Steve, thanks again for interselecting surfaced solution, works like a charm in CW21. I wanna ask you about small fix, is it possible to set resolution manually in CW21 and later, as now no matter what I unput it still auto syncs to my current screen resolution right after APPLY button is presse...

What changes did you make to the firmware? You may have taken removed or commented out parts that are needed to run the lift sequence properly.
