Build Your Own SLA/SLS

Are you using 70% IPA? I only use 90%+ and it works great with all of the different resins I've tried so far. I haven't tried this resin yet but maybe something stronger may work better?

Definitely interested in trying this out. Been using FTD DB and SW and very happy with it. If it's just as good or better...then for the price it's definitely worth a buy.

I'm also using glycerol. I just keep the resin floating on top and store it that way. When I had to remove the rein, I used a turkey baster to suck up as much as possible and what ever is left, I just blast it with my projector with a white screen. What nc42 said, plus it would be helpful to use the 10mm SLT cube downloadable from thingiverse. Keep track of which side is X, Y and Z. Measure all 3 sides, then once you get the numbers, we can help troubleshoot much easier.

Yeah, I do the same. I usually just keep the resin in the vat and store it in a box in the closet. when I want to print I take it out, give it a light stir then print. Finally got to play with Fun To DO Snow White + Black pigment. I feel it works much better than Deep Black and virtually no light bleed!!

I wonder is I can mix my DB with the SW...DB doesn't have as much pigment as I thought and still have bleeding. Maybe it's best to just mix the SW with the pigment...
