LittleRP proving to be a waste of time!
Over the past few months of owning it, I've come to the conclusion that it's just not worth this much effort. Over those months, I've probably had three or four relatively good prints. The resin that worked the best was FunToDo Black and I achieved one successful print with the Vorex. As a jewellery...

Re: Makerjuice Waxcast.
Score / scuff the heck out of your build plate - it's too smooth. 20 grit sandpaper, a razor knife, etc... Thanks for the feedback! I've noticed the build plate take on the initial few layers. Then maybe 30 or so layers in, the FEP takes it all! Lol. Do you still recommend scoring the build plate h...

Re: Makerjuice Waxcast.
Try to lower the build plate, until just touch the FEP film. What is your printer and what is the Z slice? I've made 100% sure the build plate is touching the FEP. In fact I can see the first few layers have made contact with the plate. Then I leave it to do it's thing but when I come back, I see i...

Makerjuice Waxcast.
Has anybody else used this stuff? I've been trying it for a couple of days now and I just can't get it to stick to build plate. It always ends up stuck to the FEP! Grrrrr!
Having the same issue with B9 Castable Yellow.
Can someone tell me how to get successful prints more frequently?

Re: Resins For Investment Casting
Just ordered some of that Waxcast resin! Been trying with B9 Yellow which keeps sticking to the damn VAT FEP! I'm wasting FEP as a square test piece I'm printing keeps getting stuck fast. Picking it off just destroys the FEP! So far not happy with that resin but will keep trying as I have a l...

Re: B9_yellow castable resin.
Hey I really appreciate the feedback mattasmack! This has helped me a little. I'm going to adjust the Z speed first and go from there. Many thanks again for your help. Hi, Need your experience again! So I tried to drop the Z lift speed which is fine. However when the build plate lowers, the next sl...

FEP advice.
How long do people use an FEP and seal in their VAT? I assume you guys clean up after a printing session which leaves the FEP a little roughed up? I only have three remaining and want them to last for as long as possible! I see there are rolls of FEP but is there a file to laser cut them to fi...
