Re: Possible way to replicate CLIP?

The very first step for fast printing is getting continues prints! You won´t get fast with retraction steps.

Making CW futureproof: Implementation of making parts hollow (with infillstructure)

hello Steve, this one might be the key feature once we can print continuesly and as its used at almost every FDM printer, it would reduce print time by a very serious amount and even production costs due to less used resin. Whats needed: - selectable shell thickness of the part - selectable bottom t...

Re: Uncia Hi performance system kit

So, in your opinion, what are the pro´s using this setup over bottom-up in generell? My biggest pro would be that its possible to acchieve serious high print speeds when using top-down due to the surface contact to oxygen.

Having a non permeable film totally kills this pro, in my opinion.

Here's the video preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArHUyN5iV68 Tutorial Link: https://gumroad.com/l/vJxw I've learned alot o...

Re: pressurized FEP vat

This is the other end of an idea I've had regarding post curing by using a jar that you fill with CO2 to prevent the oxygen inhibiting the curing. Probably no better than just using water though. That would work perfectly fine. Most industrial applications use an inert nitrogen atmosphere, but some...

Re: front surface mirrors

You can also do what I had to do last night since I broke the front surface mirror I had for my build. :/ Take a regular mirror and strip the paint off the back side, paint the front side and you have a first surface mirror. Not sure how long it will last but it seems to be exactly the same reflect...
