Re: Daylight Polymer 3D Printer
40x5W 410-415nm. Curing time about 2-3 seconds at half power and with the old prototype led array. I hope to achieve a better curing time.

Hi Saeed, Now I see this topic and I would like to say a few words. I hope that no one will be offended by the followig post. I made a similar concept a few months ago and it cost me about $ 2. My opinion is that to use a silicone oil is absolutely wrong and the disadvantages that have this way of p...

Re: SLA printer build
The adjustable mirror allows to tune the laser in correct angle of projection much easier. In this case It is not necessary to move and adjust the box or the galvo. And something else. You can put plano-convex lens on the bottom of your VAT for better accuracy.

Re: SLA printer build
HI Daniel,
Good job! I have a question. Why you do not use a mirror to adjust the distortion and to save a space? I think it's better. I use an adjustable mirror and two sliders.

Re: pressurized FEP vat
The main problem is how is solved the problem with the forces between molecules of the resin on the one hand and the build plate/cured resin/on the other. Science knows only one method, but in the Carbon I do not see it. If implemented it, the printer will not work.If Carbon works as advertised will...
