Re: FTD (FunToDo) resins on LittleRP?
The B9(c) forums will likely be of much help also, the LittleRP is very similar in requirements to the B9(c) Creator in the 50micron xy setting.

Re: Coating petri dishes
This is a pretty good video and the info applies to us as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3Aw_ZG4V4E You want to make sure the dishes are on a level surface, use a bubble level to make sure. Mix 10ml of the larger part to 1ml of the smaller part (multiple for more dishes). Mix thoroughly unti...

Re: Challenging Prints / The Eiffel Tower
I would suggest playing with higher cure times. The default cure time is a bit on the cusp of undercurring in an effort to get as much detail as possible. This generally works fine for models that have some mass to them, but something that is comprised of thing small sections it is likely you need t...

I do an initial rinse in IPA then set my parts aside. When I have enough I sonicate a batch of them for about 10 minutes, then I dunk them two times in acetone to displace the water from the ipa, then into the curebox or outside, they are generally quite matte at this point. Be careful with the heav...

Re: Separating Build from Buildplate
I use a small chisel tip, and the piece pops right off. http://www.usbcopiers.com/3dprtokit.html The flat one is what I use, you can generally find these rebranded for different purposes, carving etc. I would imagine an xacto square blade, even a razor blade would work. Once you raise a corner the w...

Re: Projector focus
The transition from base to layer can be problematic with SubSF, I would try a longer layer time if for only this test piece.

Re: Calibration print (solid block) always „falls“ into vat
Makerjuice SubSF doesn't stick to the build plate as well as the Madesolid MS Resin in my experience, so I think roughening up the plate will solve the issue. Like the other posters it does need to have some pretty decent scratching on the surface.

Re: Projector focus
What layer height are you using? 100micron .1mm you will see layer lines. The last wall will never be unconnected like the other walls with the current resins we use, I believe this is primarily because you lose contrast inbetween two objects. For example it is really hard for the projector to proje...

Re: CW 36/41 crashes immediately on Mac OS X. Workaround?
Ya those directions will work, you can flash the hex with an icsp programmer but that will kill the arduino bootloader, the xloader programs use the arduino bootloader to upload non arduino hex files letting you put grbl on with just a usb cable. The main settings for the LittleRP and GRBL to change...
