Re: 5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,

why does motor cannot lift the platform. Did you understand that when it comes to SLA/DLP printing, that there’s a vacuum between the cured resin and the resin vat? If you cure the entire buildplate’s footprint (as you obviously did according to your previous post ), the suction force between the v...

@mandrea: Thanks for the info.

Have you tried a shorter cure time?
UV LED light source is standard/unmodded (2x10 Watts) or hacked/improved by any means?
That 32 mm wave you've mentioned, along which axis/direction? Mind to post a close-up/macroshot?

Re: Proniks KLD-LCD1260 / YHD-101: Improvement & feature wish list

Here are some improvements I mentioned in a different thread. ⋅ Ball Screw z axis drive ⋅ Ball head build plate mount like Kudo3D Deaner3D, may I ask whether you own the printer? If so, where and when did you purchase it, and which revision do you have (a picture of the label on...

Re: Proniks KLD-LCD1260 / YHD-101: Improvement & feature wish list

@russiangems: Already read about the problems you had with your machine. Exactly when and where (from which reseller) did you purchase the printer? Which revision do you own? Could you post a picture of the label on the back/bottom of the printer?

I'm in talks with the guys behind the Proniks KLD-LCD1260 SLA printer regarding distributorship and might be able to influence a bit on where the journey goes with that printer, as well with its upcoming, bigger 8.9" brother. So if you own this printer already or have had the chance to review i...

@LacoDeLoco: Is the wiring (HDMI + Power) between the Raspberry and the printer all internal? Mind to post a picture of how the Raspberry sits in the enclosure and is connected? I have a Raspberry Pi 3 left over, so I'll have to install it myself.

Re: 5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,

I own a LittleRP and considering to grab a YHD-101/Proniks KLD-LCD1260 from that „famous“ James on AliExpress. Question: Is there room for the Raspberry Pi3 board (—> nanodlp) to go into the bottom of the printer? Or should one better get an external case and stick it against the back of the printer...
