Hey Russiangems I haven't printed since my first successful print as I'm waiting for some air hose and other supplies... ..will be making a simple air suction device to get negative pressure in the build box... ..my girl has asthma so don't want the fumes form the resin affect the air in the office....

I've only made one print so far but it seems (so far) I've escaped all the trouble I've heard of here. The print I got out of it looked amazing. Part I guess is lucky enough to have a good z screw... ..other part I reckon is using a raspberry pi and nanodlp...when I took the pc out the loop it worke...

The settings I used was a first test... ..I think I may be able to lower that to 8sec/layer and 80/sec per first layer... ..but need to test this properly ! I did a test with 7sec/layer and it delaminated...but it could be I had a badly calibrated plate at the time. The 30micron 10sec/layer is super...

i buy 60 dollars of fep on a roll 0.025mm, the lcd resin printer uses 0.1mm fep thickness Ah! Sounds great...is there any difference with the film being thinner ? Print wise that is ? I am very interested in how they actually make the fep film tense. but i love the flex / pillow vat design when you...

Exciting stuff !! I'm not so well versed with raspberry pi's but I'd love to have a crack at it when the the new image arrives :) I think you are right about the resolution being supported. i couldn't find 2048 x 1536 resolution in this page from Raspberry Pi https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentatio...
