I've found that actually letting it soak for several minutes in alcohol does most of the work, then leaving it out for a day finishes it.

Some details about your printer would be helpful. What are you using for a vat coating material? Tilt peel or straight lift? What resolution are you printing at? And a screenshot of the layout in CW might help too.

I thought maybe it was a driver issue, so I switched over to the official nVidia drivers (running a GTX 660), but then CW wouldn't run at all...turns out the official drivers are notoriously flakey. Maybe even the "better" default drivers aren't quite doing the job? What hardware have you ...
