Some details about your printer would be helpful. What are you using for a vat coating material? Tilt peel or straight lift? What resolution are you printing at? And a screenshot of the layout in CW might help too.

That would definitely be handy...I end up doing the same thing. The work around to keep the print from being obnoxiously time consuming is to manually edit the gcode file, so that the peel and delay on those first 10 layers (or however many) are extra long, but the rest are normal.
