Re: Solus High Resolution DLP 3D Printer

Thank you for your support, I'm Mark the creator of Solus. And thank you Steve for software, we used it a lot while creating our prototypes. Now that Creation Workshop has light correction mask support I have contacted Steve about licensing the software for Solus. Our software does not have this fea...

Re: Kast 3DP (LCD Based?)

It says, "even printed lenses should be possible..." I highly doubt they printed that actual lens.

I wonder how they handle their peeling?

Re: High res / small build footprint for BIOLOGY!?

Anderson, I printed for a postgrad student at a medical university but I don't think he has published his research yet. If you're interested, I can ask him if he can email you about his research. This is something I'm also very interested in and hope to be able to spend more time playing with in the...

Re: High res / small build footprint for BIOLOGY!?

Hi,

I've been able to print stem cell scaffolding at a high resolution but anything around 5-10 microns is difficult.

As Anderson suggested the two-photon technology is likely your best bet. Can you describe what you're printing in more detail? Will you be using riboflavin as the PI?

Re: Teaming With Projector Company?

What's your order quantity? :) I've contacted many companies and even visited a couple and while I don't think it's impossible, you really need deep pockets if you want to get something of good quality. EKB and Visitech do it and Envisiontec uses LG projectors. AAXA seems willing to try but their op...

Re: G Code line for two motors

If I'm not mistaken, it isn't possible to set a feed rate with G0. I still need to control the tilt and z speeds but just have them start at the same time.

G Code line for two motors

I would really appreciate your guys' help. My printer has a simple vat tilt down -> Z lift -> vat tilt up -> Z lower sequence. I'm using an UNO and GRBL. Currently every G1 code has its own separate line but I'd like to start the tilt up and z lower motions at the same time to reduce the total print...

Re: Saving and using CWS files

Hi, Can someone please explain how to create a print file? I've tried creating a cws file with new software but I keep getting an error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I think the model I'm trying to print (around 70 Mb) is too big for my computer and is the cause of the layer...
