Re: Servo...reduce noise
I'm not an arduino expert and have not looked into the servo code that outputs the pulse stream but it seems to not be very robust (I'm an old pic guy). Adding a digital servo helped a ton for me along with separate power supply and filtering. Always good to route wires away from noisy steppers. But...

Re: Looking for an SLA/DLP open-source printer
Nautilus, Pretty darn good, depending on what you want to print. I think it is just as precise as much more expensive printers and everything is open source so you can print as large as 300mmx230mm (low resolution) or high resolution <30um small prints. The developer is always coming up with improve...

Re: 350x200 mm Build Platform, UV laser or DLP Projector?
Ave,
The math is simple: HD projector is 1920x1080
printer resolution = (build area size / projector resolution)
350/1920=0.18mm

Re: Top-Down Resing floating on salt water
Odino, If I might make a suggestion, try printing one of the calibration models out there that have different size (small) posts so you can calibrate your machine. Try lots of different settings (3-4-5-6+sec) so you know where your boundaries are. Otherwise you are just guessing. Then you can try ad...

Re: Carbon 3D
So, until we can get this 'holy grail' of release film, I would like to see if we could do more testing/modifications using existing FEP and CW (let me know if we need to separate this to another topic). I think octanees is going down the right path (awesome machine and prints by the way!). If we ca...

Craig,
What makes it 'new'? Can you elaborate with machine type and what exposure settings used. Looks good....
