Re: LittleRP2 Information

If we want to upgrade the stepper driver to tmc2100 for littlerp 1, what are the procedures may I ask ? I read some information about cfg1 2 3 being omitted and connect ground and even cfg1 For spread cycle instead of stealth chop not sure if it applies to this situation. With the wattermott driver...

Re: Acer x152H with LRP1

Does anyone have a littleRP1 and an Acer x152h? Can you get 25 micron without any projector mods? Can you use the whole build plate unlike the Acer P1500? Does the x152 have better light distribution than the P1500? I still can't figure out a proper mask. Yes you can, if you print out the baseplate...

Re: Little RP2 - Setup and issues

International shipping calculation is pretty off with bigcartel, it wasn't a big problem when most people were buying just a kit but with accessories it's problematic. So I have added a notice on the item pages to just contact me with what you want and city / zipcode etc. and I will generate an accu...

Re: LittleRP Projector spacers

The P1500's are generally M4 hardware. So (3) m4x20mm with about a 5mm stack of m4 washers should do it. As you go further back into the alternative mounting holes you will need to add about 2.5mm per extra hole you go back (there are 4 holes in a line).

Re: Little RP2 - Setup and issues

Correct the new spacer arrangement looks right for forward posistion x152h in eba mode. Regarding focus, is your projector unmodified? If not you can either modify the projector for close focus or move it back to the other position and avoid the perimeter. I have linked a good guide on the github fo...

Re: Little RP2 - Setup and issues

Generally you don't want to tilt the projector, in your case adding more of the 20mm white circular spacers to make the printer taller will let you return the projector to a flat plane. Not having all the lines on the buildplate may or may not be an issue, if you just avoid the very outer perimeter ...

Re: LittleRP casting resin show and tell

What program did you use to make those supports? I've been getting the LittleRP2 finalized and thought you might want to see some results of 25micron x/y/z prints in waxcast and b9 emerald. http://i.imgur.com/HbhdM6ul.jpg http://i.imgur.com/WwELS10l.jpg http://imgur.com/HbhdM6u http://imgur.com/WwE...

Re: Comments on LittleRP2 build

the antibacklash nut has 2 threaded portions, if you separate the pieces and try threading each of the parts onto the threaded rod separately, are either tight, is one / both tight? Assuming the tightness isn't from an alignment problem and just the threads are tight they should loosen up in use. A ...

Re: LittleRP2 Information

Since the LittleRP uses tr8*8, backdriving the axis manually seems more convenient / consistent than using homing for the most part. I think the homing switch included now is more of an option for if you are running a vat without an underplate or want it to home after the print is done to aid in res...
