Re: LittleRP2 Information
Hi Brad, Nitros asked me if MonoWare can work with LittleRP and I answered as below. http://www.buildyourownsla.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5934&p=17745#p17745 However writing here might be better to get the information since you're a manufacturer of the printer. If you think this is a go...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
Just checking, Is the EBA kit compatible with LittleRP1? Not really... you would need some sort of LRP1 - > LRP2 conversion also. Namely the EBA needs the wider distance of the LRP2 also the increase release forces make the use of the upper angle brackets a good idea. There are a number of options ...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
I do test each completed board with a motor before shipping. Couple things to note / check: 1) The stepper drivers run in a silent mode, so you likely won't hear the motor / z arm move at all, it will just move. 2) You might need the virtual com port drivers. Installing the Arduino software will ins...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
Thanks for hanging in there with me!, it has been a bit longer than I anticipated. For the curious, there are 20 kits total, 12 tall, 8 regular height. 14 have been purchased leaving 3 tall and 3 regular height (6 total) kits available currently. It makes much more sense to do things in parallel (Li...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
Been fighting the cold / flu lately which has pushed kit shipping to this weekend. @kiroe - I haven't had time to print lately as been focusing on getting the kits ready to go. Once things die down a little I want to start some more of the 25 micron prints in other materials like deep black etc. The...

Re: MakerJuice SF Red Separating in FlexVat?
How old is the Makerjuice? I know they added an agent at some point to slow down the settling. I believe they are also switching to dyes very soon so there won't be a settling issue. 2 hours seems a little quick but settling during printing is common particularly with the lrp versions that have extr...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
Optoma is worse in regards to distortion, but better in regards to being able to remove the uv filter for quicker cure times. If you are just printing rings on the central portion of the projection then it's probably fine but if you are wanting to print larger objects at 25micron the lack of distort...

Re: Some questions about the LittleRP 2
The only modification I did to the X152H I use for testing is to shim the optics, much like the x1240 guide, I will provide a X152H guide once the current kits ship. I don't remove the color wheel or remove the uv filter. The shimming does not change the cure time, it only make close focus available...

Re: LittleRP2 Information
Just so I'm certain I understand right: The new VATs from the standard sized LRP2 can fit on the LRP1, but the EBA kit will only work with the LRP2? In other words, I'll need a LRP1 to LRP2 upgrade kit and also the EBA kit? If so, then mark me up as picking them up when they're available. Been runn...
