i still think that its a bug in the software as even the Ramps doesn´t drive the stepper.

Is there a newer version then 1.0.0.54 available? I´m still having the problem that the connection between the dlp projector and my win 7 pc gets lost after one or two prints and the pc needs to be restarted for getting the connection back to work. Its a bit complicated and annoying.

interesting, can you print, say, a full block with flat face ? so not hollow you managed to find Teflon AF ? WHat kind of vat you are using ? you just have a stretched film ? I haven´t tried printing bigger areas , but viscosity and surface tension are the limits in any setup going the route of fas...

I think that you would end up with bubbles of water in the print. Either that or you would need 10 min settling time after lift before every layer exposure. Since the weight of water (I assume a salt brine) is not that much different from the resin, it will take a long time to settle, becoming like...
