Personally, I think your exposure time might be a shade low, but each printer is different.

The resin is "uniform" - no clumps, gel, non-uniform areas?

Jon: 5a) is pretty easy. Just add this to your end.gcode:

G1 F200 Z15

That lifts the part up 15mm so it can drip. I've had this in my end.gcode for a while now...

Skylight is a simple control program for DLP 3D printers initially just for Windows. Support for other OS's will come soon.

I've used it with my LittleRP and it works. It's very basic but it gets the job done.

Expose the very first layer for a very long time. I've done up to a minute on my very first layer. The FEP can handle this btw.
