Re: Carbon 3D
yes it works, the peeling is awesome and is imperceptible, but the micron stepping result on 3dprint doesnt match with the value that I put on CW parameters, that was 32 microns, and the result on 3dprinting was around 500 microns between slyces

Re: Carbon 3D
Yesterday I made a test with my DLP printer regarding carbon3d system. Unfortunately, something goes wrong in parameters, but one important thing is that I am using a FEP VAT configuration and design simmilar to the MIICRAFT system, a high tensioned FEP(150 microns thick) over 4 mm framed glass. One ...

Re: carbon 3D
The software needs to project every image without blank frame intersections, and needs to be moving in z at very very low speed at constant velocity without stops, that is possible with creation workshop? any expert in mathematics to know the average measure movement in z??(for example,60 microns/mi...

Re: carbon 3D
I think that one of the most important part of the Carbon3d is the software for projecting that piece in 3d to images, probably uses a slighly morph or blending between images/slices, instead our traditional 2d projection slice. For starting to investigate we need probably a simmilar way to project i...

Re: HELP!!!RC5 not working properly in my 3D printer...
I've been using RC5 since I finished off my printer. It works perfect for me. I did notice there is a "image offset" box in the settings screen, do you have any value in that section? Mine is left at the default 0. To change max feed rates you just have to open the profile you want to cha...

Re: Interesting readings
interesting link, but honestly, I think that the slide VAT need more accurate precision parts for be a good option, because the x or y sliding needs to be "micron" accurated. If you see semiprofesionals 3d printers like B9creator, you can notice most of 3d prints objects have a "wave&q...

ELASTIC RESINS!!!
I read something in the b9creator forums about a elastic resin, but never had decided to buy(seems too expensive) http://spotamaterials.com/product/spot-e-5kg/ because the VAT have a linear movement, In my opinion that kind of elastic resins would work MUCH better in VAT tilts. http://thingiverse-pr...
