just found a 7" lcd panel with enough brightness @79 Micron...xy
potentially 9-15 seconds for 1 layer(100 Micron thickness)
now that is very cool.. don't know the price yet though

did you check the new FTD F1+ resin?
since formlab also use pdms i would think this resin would be ideal for your pdms petri dish.

to reduce complexity the only off-the-shelve LCD monitor with enough brightness is 150 Micron for a cost effective price.
i hava found a off-the-shelve lcd with 50 micron xy and enough brightness but print area is much smaller(12cm × 7cm) - plus cost will go up
