Re: Arduino based controller for dlp printer
I think it can be done with a slower feed, ie, Zxx.xx F20, then after separation Zxx.x F100.( example only)

Re: uneven curing of the edges
Not sure why they have the metal piece on some projectors, others do not have it, so maybe
a way to correct optical errors, was any dirt present?, it looks like a newish device so should not
be as dirty as my ancient units, at least you now fully understand the optic system you have.

Re: Whats needed for a DLP Printer
I think puppy has a PI derivative, if so, with mono could it run CW, the solution I am running at present is, A flybook from the skip, running linuxlite with mono, and CW, cost zero. the flybook has a screen and keyboard with usb etc, netbooks are also cheap and available. Am I right in thinking the fall off is on the left, if so I would clean all optics, the mirrors in the light
engine get clouded and some projectors have a small plate or bar to act as a cut off, if its not dirty you have not lost anything, just time.

Here is another one of my stupid thoughts, what if the image was dithered, would it reduce shrinkage
somehow dither the core but leave the shell dense for each slice.
Or have a hatch pattern, hexagon, like quickcast on sla's

Re: Sylgard/QSil alternative?
The way I read it, its worth a try, some time ago I used uv clear silicone for vacuum casting, it could be the same stuff, letting UV through, the silicone mould with photo resin inside, was put in a light box to cure, it was faster than the two part stuff and simpler. The only way is to try it I'm ...

Re: uneven curing of the edges
i wonder if the light intensity is falling off , could be the optics need cleaning, or the bulb position?.
just a guess though.

Some other functions that spring to mind are post processing,
part washing,
uv post cure.
which would probably be relay switched.
