I've got a similar setup and I'm also using Marlin. I had to disable the software endstops and disable all the temperature sensors in the configuration.h to make it work.

Hi, I've got a problem with my printer (Bottom-Up). Sometimes this happens: IMG_20150204_200326.jpg Seems like some layers aren't sticking to eachother or something. Anyone else had this problem? I was using 4mm acrylic. And that didn't go too well. It was ok for a couple of prints, but after changing the film a couple of times (testing different materials) the acrylic started to crack and it "felt" that is could hold the tention. But maybe that was an design error... I think for f...
