going by memory the encoder pins are :
The middle pin attaches to ground. the other two to pins D33 and D35 on your ramps AUX-4 connector
the centre shaft push switch is D29 and ground

i'll guess that your exposure time , is too high
try lowering the exposure until it's just not curing then add 10- 15%
worth a try either way

if you are 100% that you do not recieve "ok" when using the arduino terminal the problem is your arduino code is not uploaded or running correctly. this needs to be correct before you can move on to CW . check you are uploading the arduinocode correctly to the correct comport & board s...

looks ok , i cant see any valid reason to change , is that a 10x2 screw your using or x5 , cant quite see from the picture

here is some more information on adjusting the 20k drivers , ive copy'd just about most of it to make sense i think . it does say to use a ilda test pattern from lasershark . or will have to see about probable producing a test pattern as gcode for example .so it can be used from CW is my suggestion ...

yes i'd agree , but precision is additive , depending on what is driving it , steppers , servo's , let alone to the depths of the associated drivers also to be able to make an item to a given dimension you need equipment , 10 times more accurate so overall i'd doubt their claims (nicely) as your now...

i'm presuming your drivers are 20k the only information i have on the 20k scanner set is a little sketchy , ( nothing new there with chinese manuals ) see the attached information as to what the pots do they are quite touchy , and you'll find some adjustments will affect others , so beware if anythi...
