Re: LCD Based 3D Printer - Introduction
IMO, buying a used monitor is not the best idea.. I have a grave yard of about 6 greyscale monitors. Only a few had the right controller board. You will find most of these monitors use the same panel, but have different controller boards. The panel they use is made by IDtech. They arent that hard to...

Re: Blocking 406nm laser
Weird, because I bought protective laser glasses from aliexpress for specifically 405-406nm.. it was green.. was I tricked? Probably green so you can see the laser beam but the glasses must have UV blocking in them. 406nm isnt UV so its not really harmful to your eyes. The Amber covers are more to ...

Not Green, you want orange (amber) or red. Look for Acrylic color #2422 (Amber Translucent) 3mm is plenty and easier to work with.

Re: Flexible glass
Hey Guys, Got a couple samples of the Willow Glass from Corning. Its really neat stuff, very flexible in all directions, but it seems that it has a flex direction according to the data sheet. I got a sample pack that has 2-100x100mm squares and 4-20mmx100mm strips. I was testing with the strips and ...

Definitely build plate wobble, undercuring wouldnt do that.
Can we have a look at your Z axis?
And yeah, like Pomeroy said, Your aspect ratio is off on your projector, marvin should be more round.

Re: LCD Based 3D Printer - Introduction
Can we use this service to print lens for led array? http://www.3ders.org/articles/20150226-luxexcel-launches-online-transparent-3d-printing-service.html ;) That's not a bad idea at all. In terms of producing a custom lens cluster that is based upon optimum position, refraction etc. Yeah, Only thin...

Re: Can I use one 3LCD projector model
No, it will not work. LCD blocks all UV and a lot of usable light. LCD projectors do not work to cure resin.

Re: Cleaning FEP
it'll be cloudy till you add more resin. If youre not using acrylic for any part of your vat then you can use Isopropyl alcohol 99% to clean it and your printed parts of uncured resin.
