Hi, just a quick update, since I'm at a point where 99% of all the print attempts succeed. Just to be sure, do you have an external power supply (12v) attached to your ramps? Also, have you tried the ramps test code http://reprap.org/wiki/RAMPS_1.4#RAMPS_1.4_test_code?

Hi,
I've got a similar setup and I'm also using Marlin. I had to disable the software endstops and disable all the temperature sensors in the configuration.h to make it work.

Hi, I've got a problem with my printer (Bottom-Up). Sometimes this happens: IMG_20150204_200326.jpg Seems like some layers aren't sticking to eachother or something. Anyone else had this problem? What could be the solution? Supports bacause of shrinkage? Longer/Shorter exposure? Here are more detail...

I was using 4mm acrylic. And that didn't go too well. It was ok for a couple of prints, but after changing the film a couple of times (testing different materials) the acrylic started to crack and it "felt" that is could hold the tention. But maybe that was an design error... I think for f...
