Resin that doesn't absorb moisture
I'm using the LittleRP with MakerJuice SF in green, and my prototypes absorb moisture, which causes them to warp. Does anyone have suggestions on an easy fix for this? Would the Made Solid resin be better?

Re: Create a mask with UV sensor
nc42, thanks for sharing this. I hope this will fix all the issues with my Acer H6510BD.
BTW, you don't have to change the slice time in the settings, you can just show current slice. It's a button in the bottom left corner of the slice viewer (v1.0.0.36).

Will there still be a way to see the layer being printed?

Re: Resin Features & Properties Wish List
jkao is right. I just want my prints to come out reliably. I'm guessing part of the issue is the resin maker not bothering to include exposure time info or vat compatibility, with the product. *cough* *makerjuice* *cough* Regarding the vat compatibility: all of our resins are compatible with both P...

Re: Usable projector list + hacks
I'm hoping to clear up a bit of confusion of how single chip DLP projectors work with lithography. Single chip DLP projectors use a color wheel along with a mercury lamp and a single DMD. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7e/DLP_Color_wheel.gif The mercury lamp is on the left in the a...

Re: Usable projector list + hacks
I also have the Acer H6510BD, and I was very happy to learn (upon LittleRP assembly) that it doesn't require modification. I didn't even know modification would be a consideration. If you're reading this Brad, I suggest you give a disclaimer concerning projector choice and the matter of projector mo...

Re: Brad helped me to get my printer working!
Every single print I've tried has failed. The first layer sticks in 99% of my attempts, and sticks very well. It's the layers after that which don't stick. Apparently Maker Juice sticks to aluminum great, but not to itself.
I have the H6510BD.

Re: First few layer sticks, but the next will detach and peel off
Sounds like that's not a good solution. 14 seconds exposure? Isn't that super long? I was just reading this: http://www.buildyourownsla.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4896&p=14022&hilit=base+won%27t+stick#p14022 Sounds like over exposure may be part of the issue. I'm currently having thi...
