@Dan - new being a completely new formula. The prints were run on the B9 and the Titan with cure times of ~2-3 secs/layer. The material is strong/hard and surface quality is excellent. True white and true grey and any other color you care to have

What type of release mechanism are you using and what is the wall thickness in those areas?
You might try increasing your exposure just a little. Im also curious to know how the parts are positioned on your build platform, are the defects on one side only?

@seblos - I'm going to be running a new set of prints in with the Casting Blend and will post those images here. Printing most things at 50xy and 38-50z on the B9. Cure times range from T1 1.25 -1.35sec/ T2 1.25-1.35sec - Breathe/Settle 2/6 primary and 2/6-8 for subsequent. @kakapoopie - it really c...

@magnitude - yes the Industrial Blend is quite a bit stronger than the Standard Blend - which is still a great low cost solution. I'm not worried about dropping pieces within reason, they don't shatter.

@magnitude - the red images on the second page are the standard blend, the green is the industrial blend, pretty much all I print with now.

@adambx - Thanks man! Plans to test out a tilt pretty soon, I'm very interested to see how the two release mechanisms differ. Post some pictures I'll get that picture tomorrow.
