I guess the exposure time is still insufficient to fully cure the down-facing layers. Did you try longer exposure time than 10 sec? Sometimes the pigment can be concentrated and the resin needs additional exposure times.

You can use Monkeyprint posted couple of weeks ago if you run Linux on your host computer. You can always the moving direction of stepper, so top down vs. bottom up is same on software side.
