I need my prints to come out exactly like these Brad.
Been really struggling with LRP1.
Nice results though.

Makerjuice Waxcast calibration block test.
Finally after many tries I have somewhat of a decent outcome. The reason for so many failures was due to the flexvat not having enough tension. The Acer P1500 has the typical dead spots going across the top of the build area. This shows in print failure. I printed 4 calibration blocks across the bui...

Re: No Consistent Success - SOMEBODY HELP!!!
I've tried all day to get a print and still no joy. I'm thinking it could be because of the close up lens i added. I used it so that I could use more of the build plate. The Acer P1500 doesn't focus well at the top. Now what might be happening is the UV light bending causing dead spots. The mask wil...

Re: No Consistent Success - SOMEBODY HELP!!!
I'm having the same headache you are! The damn print just doesn't lift off the vat. I'm using both B9 Yellow and Makerjuice Waxcast. I've tried everything and about to give up. DON'T GIVE UP, FOR I HAVE FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! I figured that it was going to stick no matter what, so instead st...

Re: LittleRP proving to be a waste of time!
I have been a part of this community for a long time and I believe I have contributed. I have sold thousands of feet of FEP and at this point over 200 vat kits. The number of complaints I have had: 1, the one you see above. The number of returns of all kinds since I have been selling vats and FEP: ...

Although stated as not needed, has anyone still done this and got better results?

Re: Makerjuice Waxcast.
I have been printing with WaxCast without any issues. Here are some pointers that may help: Build plate needs to be parallel to the vat. Light intensity - 30 micron Z - 45micron x,y Insure adequate first burn in layers Make supports thicker than you would for other resins. Make sure you have a larg...

Re: LittleRP proving to be a waste of time!
Hiren if you are using a 1080p high def projector (1080 X 1920) the length to width for x and y are not correct. For your CW machine settings (or any 3d printer software) you should always measure the width and calculate the height . If the actual measured width of your image area is 89.8 the heigh...
