Re: Acer P1500 to start with
I just played around a bit with it today and used a piece of paper to test the project on low distances. I'm quite thrilled that i could go as near as around 10-12cm from the front of the projector and still get a crispy sharp image. I think around 20cm will be my final projection distance for now. ...

Re: Acer P1500 to start with
Thanks for your feedback, guys. You're right - the P1500 is just a renamed H6510BD - the latter is sold as the white model here in germany, the black one is the P1500 and is (at least at amazon) a few bucks cheaper. I just got it yesterday and am testing it in the living room currently :) I haven't ...

Acer P1500 to start with
Hey all, i decided to go with a Acer P1500 for my first printer. It looks like a decent projector, is rather cheap in the 1080p class and compact in size. I've ordered one and i wonder if others are already using these projectors and how you modified it. I also heard about macro lenses that are poss...

Re: Looking for controller implementation
Maybe it would have been a good idea to post this in the software section. There's a subforum for Creation workshop which i guess you are referring to
But as you are here already, are you willing to post links to the hardware you have bought? Could be interesting for some people here.

Re: Trying to get stuff together
Thanks, Anderson, for your detailled explanation - that is highly valuable. I'm glad i got the PTFE-Stuff right - took me a while to get behind that ;-) I will scan the market for clear PTFE films in germany/europe and see what i can get. I'll post suggestions here later on. The difficulty in genera...

Trying to get stuff together
Hi, as i said in my introduction i'm completely new to SLA/DLP so i try to sum up a bit what i've read so far and partly combined myself and hope you can correct me if i'm wrong. I've placed some (???) in brackets on some lines where i'm quite unsure and count on your help here. - With a DLP printer...
