Re: LittleRP2 Information
All LittleRP's have shipped with .8a correct , there were some code changes causing issues with .9 for awhile so I never updated it. For folks to take advantage of the endstops they would need to go to a higher version though. I do use the standard GRBL pinout though and leave the bootloader on the ...

Re: Comments on LittleRP2 build
If you have a 3mm tap, it is helpful. I tried to go inbetween too tight to thread but not loose enough that it would cause a problem over time. There is a small chamfer that will let it seat flush even after self-tapping creates a ridge. Originally the build plates were meant to be modular, with 3 d...

Re: First print , newbie , major problem
"I don't really have a reliable way to see if the image is aligned onto the build plate" One thing that will help immensely is looking through the mirror underneath the build plate. The included dark grey filter glass will let you look at the projected image without hurting your eyes. When...

Re: Horizontal lines in print
Waxcast will generally require much stronger supports than other resins will, due to it being easily distorted. It's possible the build lines visible are from the print shifting due to stress events, shrinking / some supports releasing etc. Meshmixer is actually not all that good in my experience wh...

Re: Horizontal lines in print
What kind of computer are you using, are you using it while printing? is power saving turned off? making sure not to bump the printer during printing? tight vats generally result in fine shift lines not something this severe. Do those layers flare out on the reverse side too? (ie. do the layers seem...

Re: Projector is displaying next slice before arm has retracted
With the larger print cross sections you can do with flex vats, slow is a good thing, 50 up and 200 back is a good choice.

Re: LittleRP to RP2 Upgrade
I don't have a great answer for this at the moment but it is something I would still like to offer. I have a backlog of EBA addons I am working on at the moment but after that I will have more time for this. Maybe folks can comment in this thread what they are looking to get out of an upgrade and ho...

Re: LittleRP2 Prints
For the x152h, there are 2 positions one for 25micron, the other for 37micron. At the forward position I typically use a single melamine standoff under each of the 3 projector mounting holes, on the printer side I use the small square base as a spacer between the projector base and the printer. In t...
