Do not use enamel paint for sealing parts as it will inhibit Platinum based silicone. As long as the UV resin is fully cured (no outgassing) it should work.

Platinum based silicone will inhibit with MakerJuice. Tin based works just fine. We have good success with the High Strength series:

Yogi, From the PDF it looks like your KK50 has a lead of 2mm (if your model number is actually a KK-50- 2 ). You can also measure this on your screw. Exactly, we are printing pixels here... Rotating say 45 degrees around the Z-axis would be my solution. Maybe increasing anti-aliasing? Looking at the individual slice files helps resolve many questions why prints do what they do. I once was pulling my hair out on why a feature was not printing and ...

If you look at the individual slice png files can you see this step? Are you using anti-aliasing?
