Hello Max. I have been experimenting with a Benq laser projector and so far the results have been far from satisfactory. In order to minimize modifying the projector, I started by purchasing some blue light curing resin from Bucktown polymers. I removed the color wheel to obtain as much blue light a...

Re: FEP vat challenge

Absolute shit company. Sends me botched rolls of FEP and acts arrogant when I ask for a replacement and says they wont give me any because "they have shipped over 2000ft of it". Demands I pay to send back the roll and wont refund me shipping. Absolute shit film, absolute shit service. Is ...

I see potential on your design. There are a few things to consider, like maintaining a constant pocket pres...

Best, Vaughan Hello Vaughan, I can see some deformation, specially on the middle object, where the supports meet the part. Something I noticed on my first tests is that the c...

Loving my top-down setup.

It seems like my top-down machine is complete and ready for printing lots of parts. It is equipped with a wiper system, but I've noticed that if you give the resin enough time to settle you'll get great results. The bracelet was printed with Makerjuice floating resin. Z resolution was setup at 30 mi...
