Re: Playing arround with slicing settings
That delay is because the timing may get off a little bit, and while it is a little generous it was added to stop the situation where the z is lifting while the image is still exposing.

Re: settings for B9 resins?
From what I have heard the b9 resins react a lot slower. You will likely need layer times in the 20+ second range. But I haven't tested it to know for sure.

Re: Calibration print (solid block) always „falls“ into vat
More cure on the subsequent layers or just the base layers? I was saying the layers after the base might be overcuring. The first several layers need to be blasted (overcured), the ones after that should be as undercured as possible while still maintaining details and structure. it will make the pdm...

Re: Post-print curing of MakerJuice SF w/ UV light: Still st
Oxygen can interfere with the curing process so either a soak to remove all the uncured resin from the surface as suggested or curing the part under water, or ipa, something to displace the atmosphere.
Just a soak should be enough but in extreme cases this is the process you're fighting.

Re: Calibration print (solid block) always „falls“ into vat
You could also be overcuring you might try lowering the cure time on the subsequent layers. too much cure makes it stick to the vat bottom with more force. its a balancing act between adhesions and enough cure.

Re: Supports breaking off
just gonna have to guess each projector and each bulb are going to be a little different in terms of dose. I was at 8000 for the base layer and I do 5, and 4500 to 5000 for the SF+ red per layer. it does sound like undercure. the grid is tougher print than the little cube, the fact some came off is ...

Re: Supports breaking off
sounds like undercure, the default settings of time for the resin are going to vary a little depending on many factors. I would print the calibration test block and see if it makes all 5 of the little sprues, if not then you are underexposing. You can find the calibration block here https://www.drop...

Re: Calibration?
Yes to both :) changing the Build area size changes the size of the objects to get the size right current size / expected size * build area = new build area My build area in cw started at 102 and my first print measured 29.4mm of the 50 it was supposed to be so 29.4/50 = .588.... Multiply that ratio...

Re: Anti-backlash nut
So with a little research and confirmation it should look like the image above.
I screwed the black tab on to the very tip of the rod then guided it into the spring pressed down and spun the screw till I found where the threads caught.

Re: Anti-backlash nut
The nut has threads so the trick is to thread the end with the mount then push the nut in and while holding it in, advance the thread till the nut catches threads. as long as the spring can tension the rod it should do what its supposed to and mine is also just a tiny bit above, as far as the top go...
