Re: 5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,

Hi, Karel! I have a contact to the actual manufacturer and the engineer behind the machine, so any input will help to improve the design. Measuring the temperature inside the printer is a good idea. Looking forward to your results. It should be noted that the flex display cable is secured to the vid...

The question is whether it is the video card itself, or rather the video cable or connector between the card and cable or display and cable? Exactly where do you press with your fingers to make it work?

Re: Proniks KLD-LCD1260 / YHD-101: Improvement & feature wish list

The pixel is just so big as you say, but only the blue pixel work. Just spoke to the manufacturer. They claim that all elements of the pixel are used for the UV masking, so not only blue, but full RGB. What makes you believe only blue is used? Have you put an all red and an all green image onto the...

Re: Proniks KLD-LCD1260 / YHD-101: Improvement & feature wish list

... the real print is 150-200 microns XY A 5.5 inch screen should measure approx. 122 x 68 mm at 16:9. 122 mm / 2,560 px = 0.04765 mm per pixel = 47.6 microns in X. 68 mm / 1,440 px = 0.4722 mm per px = 47.2 microns in Y. Am I wrong? Or is your impression that the light bleed is that intense, that ...

Uhm... What has the glass on the build plate to do with the leveling? AFAIK the build plate can be manually leveled using the 4 screws surrounding the black mounting knob. It’s described in at 5:00.

Re: 5.5 inch (2560x1440p LCD) with UV LED array for under $600. :Proniks Sla 3d Printer,

Uhm... Honestly, what do you expect for a printer which is less than USD 700 incl. shipping? This printer is by far the cheapest off-the-shelf resin printer money can currently buy. If you want service, a proper manual and customer support, you should have gone for a Formlabs form 2 or SprintRay Moo...

I'm sorry but I can't help you with your problems. To be honest, although I'm not a native english speaker either, I sometimes have a hard time following your descriptions. I recently accidentally came across a russian language 3d sla printing forum, where they discuss the KLD-1260 in detail. See he...

I can't guide you through Creation Workshop. You should start a new thread with a meaningful topic title in the Software > Creation Workshop Forum and ask the question there (this here is the Hardware Forum). If your object is small, but the entire buildplate gets cured as shown in your post , it me...
