The question is whether it is the video card itself, or rather the video cable or connector between the card and cable or display and cable? Exactly where do you press with your fingers to make it work?

The pixel is just so big as you say, but only the blue pixel work. Just spoke to the manufacturer. Uhm... What has the glass on the build plate to do with the leveling? AFAIK the build plate can be manually leveled using the 4 screws surrounding the black mounting knob. It’s described in at 5:00.

Uhm... Honestly, what do you expect for a printer which is less than USD 700 incl. shipping? This printer is by far the cheapest off-the-shelf resin printer money can currently buy. If you want service, a proper manual and customer support, you should have gone for a Formlabs form 2 or SprintRay Moo...
