Question about resin tray.
Has anyone tried using a hydrophobic coating like neverwet in their resin tank? I'm curious how it might affect the adheasion of the resin to the tank itself... because the resin SHOULD just bead up on top of the coating... meaning if you calibrated your build platform correctly, you might be able t...

Re: Ramps 1.4?
Did someone say servo driven shutter? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKy87Qv0eEA Hehe, I have used ramps 1.4 in the past works just fine (used on the timelapse videos). Most any gcode interpreter can be used, main reason we use the grbl controller is due to cost. Do I need to run any specific firm...

Ramps 1.4?
Has anyone got a Ramps 1.4 board working with the littlerp? It would offer some interesting future expandability like servo driven shutters.

Re: Has anyone used a closeup lens with the Acer P1283?
Close up filters generally work just fine. My first printer used them and I never really noticed that much difference. There are some cases where closeup lenses may be preferred, it tends to narrow the projected image vs. shimming the optics assembly. This will result in a smaller projected image a...

Has anyone used a closeup lens with the Acer P1283?
I'm just wondering if anyone has used a closeup lens with the Acer P1283. If so, which one did you use, and did it affect quality of prints?

H6510BD Alternatives?
I am wanting to build the LittleRP and I am looking over my Projector options.
Does anyone know of any projectors that are similar in spec to the H6510BD but hopefully cheaper?

Compatible Projector's?
Does anyone have a list of the compatible projectors for the LittleRP?
I know about the H6510BD and P1500. But I am hoping others have tried other projectors with some success.
Also please include any mods you had to do as well.

Re: Uncia still alive¿
If you own an Uncia Printer, you should have gotten an invite. It's controlled by the company, so you'd have to ask them. As someone in the group, I can tell you that there's been around 2 posts in the past 3 months... so you're not really missing out! ;) If you have Uncia specific questions, there...

Re: Need help picking a low cost DLP printer!
Hi Reluttr - I am/was in a very similiar situation to you - here's my 2c. Ibox Nano - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'm a kickstarter backer, and believe me, its a complete waste of money and tears. LittleDP (I presume you mean LittleRP) - This is the option I stumped for after the Ibox Nano debacle. My m...
