Re: Resolution for DENTAL MODELS

Hi Zoom

It completely depends on which kinds of model you want to print.
For Wax up models 57 um is enough but never decrease it to 100 um. for orthodontic model you can use 100um.But its better use also less than 100um.

Thanks

Yes not yet actual part.
But from their patent, it can be found that they can increase the resolution with logical way.

Heliolithography (Orange Maker) New fantactic idea in high resolution 3D printing

Hi Guys I would like to attract your attention to new upcoming idea in SLA or DLP 3D printer technology, They claim that they enhanced the resolution, speed and size of 3d printing.I personally admire their idea. They call this technology Heliolithography or HL. that mean spiral or helical 3d printin...

Re: Carbon 3D

Hi Guys

I'm thinking about new concept of deadzone.I feel maybe its possible to use ferrofluid materials to make a dead zone and use a separation between the resin and surface of VAT.I just need you, all to discuss then develop this idea.

Look forward all

Did someone test the Tio2 ? I recall somebody talked about that. But nothing happens? We we have to use oxygen permeable sheet.Maybe a Tio2 film can help us too.I wondered someone know any supplier?

Re: pressurized FEP vat

Hi Guys I think Carbon3D use Teflon 2400 with high permeability of gas through it.Thy As I found from Carbon3d papered published by Science, its not easy to calibrate this machine for all kinds of resin.the viscosity of resin can affect the speed of the printing and one more thing is that they never...
