Re: Glueing / painting printouts
depends on your resin, but usually cyanoacrylate (superglue) will work, though if it melts your resin, try the "foam safe" variant.

Re: FEP vat for the LittleRP?
FEP Vat installed, took about 3 minutes - didnt even have to change the mounting bolts etc! Having it sit higher up than the original petri's made focussing the projector even easier - I actually had some downfocus / zoom room due to the added distance. Result! Going to run a calibration block throu...

FEB vat arrived - going to have a go at installing it this weekend.
Anyone got any advice on cleaning the FEP vat between uses?

Re: FEP vat for the LittleRP?
Shouldnt be an issue for me either - I was sitting at about 39u x/y already, and it was more than enough. I could probably go to 50 without any issues.
How long is the FEP likely to last? I bought 4 sets of film and gaskets...

Re: FEP vat for the LittleRP?
Really looking forward to getting mine - how long does shipping normally take? This f2d deep black is wrecking PDMS, even at lower exposure times.

Re: FTD (FunToDo) resins on LittleRP?
Managed to get a decent test print using the F2D Deep Black at 25 microns - 1000ms layers, 2500ms base, 100% brightness. I started at 500ms but it just wasnt curing enough at that. at 1000ms I was getting some slight popping sounds from the PDMS as it peeled - I definately wouldnt go higher than 100...

Re: FTD (FunToDo) resins on LittleRP?
I'll give that a go then. Ideally I'd like to get down to 25u layers to get as much detail from the models I'm printing before I cast them in silicone, so thats the sweet spot I'm working around. I also picked up an ultrasonic cleaner and UV nail curer to help with post printing stuff, with any luck...

Re: FTD (FunToDo) resins on LittleRP?
My F2D Deep Black has finally shipped, hoping I'll receive it before the weekend to try some test prints etc. Any suggested starting point for settings on an H6510? I understand the F2D stuff cures much faster than the MJ SF I've tried already - don't want to frag my PDMS.

Re: Acer P1500 settings?
Same issue here - left third of the build plate is underexpoed compared to the centre and right. Makerjuice SF. I'm using a 6510 (P1500 with another name). Perhaps applying a mask in Creation workshop to the "good" area, and upping the exposure overall would even it out (at the cost of pri...
