Re: DLP projector options
No problem to have different resolution but if you want a best result think to put your model with the good orientation to have the best result.

Re: DLP projector options
First things, don't take the infocus in220, low native resolution=low printer resolution or small build area. The two other don't have a good resolution too, maybe if you want a large build area you have to choose a 1280 or more projector, not ready but native!! Very different. After for the optic a...

Re: Electronics basics (Need your help..)
Hi First things, the small stepper motor in the DVD unit is something like 5V and 500mA So if you don't use the USB to power the arduino but a other power source than can delivery more than 700mA you can use the 5V line of your arduino, not a outpout pin of the arduino than have a limit of 40mA but ...

Re: B9Creator Firmware
A long time ago I went to make the same, use the b9creator code with a stepper motor, the firmware is a little to complex and to big, it's a big job and you need serious knowledge in programing arduino or microcontroller to modified this. Maybe you can found more information in the b9creator forum.....

Re: To Build a 3D Printer with a video projector
It's a 1024*768 so you can't have a good resolution and a good printing size bit it's enough for the beginning.
And yes you have to assemble the projector again...
You need an other card yes, an arduino and a motor driver, after that it's relatively easy to make your first print

Re: To Build a 3D Printer with a video projector
First thing, it is a dlp so no problem to use it Second thing, if only the yellow color doesn't work it is only because the color wheel is broken, try to locate between the lamp and the light canal. Good news because you don't need the color wheel.(be careful because maybe the projector doesn't work...

Re: Solus High Resolution DLP 3D Printer
Hi, What you make to archive this beautiful result? You say hardware, better projector? Better z axis? Better optic? Or vat? And what is so important in the firmware than can change the result to that?! You use CW no? And 25um is very small, maybe enough to answer all this questions... A lot of ques...
