Re: Dual projection
Any new update with this experiment? IF there was a seem, what would go wrong in the part of the resin, over cure = shrinks quicker than others (causing warping)?

Re: Projector characteristics
I also had another thought, dual projectors! Either will be twice the power (half the curing time), or set side by side to make it twice the size. Alignment is the tricky part, I did a quick search and came across this (not exactly for 3d printers but shows alignment): https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Re: Projector characteristics
They have UV DLP projectors, though I don't know where to find them. The new Pegasus DLP (link below) coming out has an upgrade with one of the kits out there for$1500 extra above of their standard DLP projectors. Re: projector mounted horizontally (w/ mirror) vs vertically
Great info. I found some places that carries first surface mirrors. I may mount it directly below for now just to minimize my 1st build (1 less thing to worry about), can modify the frame later to try a mirror.

projector mounted horizontally (w/ mirror) vs vertically
I'm starting to design the frame, where to mount the parts, etc. What's the disadvantage of using a mirror, does it looses some brightness and require longer exposure? I'm leaning towards this method to reduce the height of the frame, but curious why most people mount theirs vertically (directly und...

best resin to start off with
What's the easiest resin to start with for a newbie, I'm assuming Maker Juice G+ is a safe bet to use first to dial in a new printer build?

I just came across this guy, "replaces the Blue LED source to between 385 nm and 405 nm LED" and up to 100 lumens.

LCD printer graphical display, Viki 2
Just came across this, looks really interesting and much better than the generic basic panels. Anyone tried this before?
