I have been using this projector quite reliably since I got the LRP1 from the Kickstarter promotion. This projector won't work with Little RP2. Can I just upgrade my LRP1 to allow for the new vats. Or can I just use HTL's or the LRP's new vat design on the old version. I want to take advantage of the new vats if I can.

I can only answer the one about overhangs. I make prints with severe overhangs. This of course requires supports. The best support generator out there in my opinion is the free software Meshmixer. There are several tutorials on Youtube on how to use it.
