Re: Large 7.5 Solid Print

@adambx The underside is dotted from my build plate holes. This is a top down setup so no release.

Re: Large 7.5 Solid Print

@kakapoopie Yes curling is a b*** with these little machine and large pieces. I am working on a little trick to combat it. I will let you know when I get a little farther with it.

Re: Help! Holes!

I am using the top down method. It seems t be caused be some sorta of pressure do to closing all walls i.e. tube. I am seeing it in other parts with similar structure. The resin seems to want to move in and out of closed structures.

Re: DLP Top Down IT LIVES!

@bobbitay its probably only a matter of time then before I add one especially if it can speed up builds. I will work with the software for now and report back results.

Re: DLP Top Down IT LIVES!

@Bobbitay I am avoiding a wiper for the time being. To be honest I still am unsure what it does. Is it just to speed up large surface coverage?

My cure times are 9 seconds right now so the ripples tend to level as it cures.

Re: Top Down DLP - "Magnitude" Project

Soap cuts surface tension for consistent level. No soap in contact with resin I'll post pic when I get some time.

Re: First Print - Top Down DLP Floating on Salt Water

@kakapoopie the column works in my favor because i have an overflow reservoir. So yes every layer displaces but build height stays constant.
